Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At YourBids, all sales are final. As an auction-based platform, we do not offer returns, replacements, or exchanges. However, we take fraud and misrepresentation seriously and provide limited refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

2. No Returns or Replacements

Since auctions are legally binding, buyers cannot return or exchange items once a bid is won and payment is completed. All items are sold “as-is.”

We encourage buyers to carefully review item descriptions, images, and seller ratings before placing a bid.

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: The seller fails to ship the item within the agreed timeframe.
  • Fraudulent Listing: The item is counterfeit or significantly misrepresented.
  • Severe Damage: The item is received in a condition that was not disclosed in the auction listing.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental bids.
  • Minor differences in color, size, or condition.
  • Items that match the description but do not meet the buyer’s expectations.

4. How to Request a Refund

If a buyer believes they qualify for a refund, they must:

  1. Contact the seller first within 48 hours of receiving the item to resolve the issue.
  2. If unresolved, submit a claim to YourBids Support at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Provide proof, such as photos/videos, order details, and communication with the seller.

YourBids will review each case carefully and make a decision based on available evidence.

5. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers are obligated to describe items accurately and ship within the promised timeframe.
  • If a refund is approved due to fraud or non-delivery, the seller may be penalized or banned from the platform.
  • Refunds, if granted, will be deducted from the seller’s payout.

6. No Refund on Service Fees

  • The 10% success fee for buyers and the 20% commission for sellers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • If a seller and buyer cannot resolve an issue, YourBids will investigate the case and may issue a refund at its discretion.
  • YourBids’ decision on refunds is final.
